Chevrolet 94700102 9025122 90467348 93294597 Engine Crankshaft For Gm Corsa 1.2 1.4 1.6 1.8 – OEM 94700102

Product Overview: This forged steel and cast iron engine crankshaft is a direct-fit replacement component engineered for Chevrolet 94700102 engines. It is produced to original equipment tolerances and is intended to replace a worn, bent, cracked or journal-damaged original crankshaft without modification.

Key Features: The crankshaft is CNC-machined on precision centres to hold main and rod journal diameters, fillet radii, stroke and end-float within original equipment limits. Journals are ground and micro-polished to a fine surface finish to encourage reliable oil-film formation and reduce bearing wear during cold starts and sustained high load. Forged steel and cast iron construction provides the stiffness needed under load, and each shaft is balanced to reduce vibration and bearing stress.

Vehicle Compatibility: It fits Chevrolet models including Automotive Engine Internal Parts. Always check the engine code and the reference number on the original part against the listing to ensure the correct variant is supplied. If a vehicle is not shown in the compatibility list, cross-reference the engine code and original reference number to confirm fitment.

Specifications: Key specifications: engine code 94700102; displacement 1.4L; material Cast Iron / Forged Steel / Nodular Iron; size STD; condition New; warranty 12 Months, 12 Months. The part is intended for replacement and repair use and is not a performance upgrade unless expressly described as such. The component is supplied in standard size, so no undersize bearing shells are required for fitment.

OEM / Reference Numbers: No alternative reference numbers are published for this listing; identification should be made from the engine code and vehicle application details.

Applications: It is suited to engine rebuilds, in-frame overhauls, fleet servicing and the repair of engines that have suffered bearing seizure or crankshaft damage. It is a suitable choice for workshops that rebuild this engine family regularly and prefer to keep standard-size parts on the shelf.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this part corrects bottom-end noise and vibration, restores oil pressure and returns the engine to reliable service. Because the shaft is supplied in standard size and ready to fit, it avoids the lead time and expense of re-grinding an original unit. No core return is required, and using a new shaft removes the risk of undetected fatigue cracks in an old core.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Check the part number, journal dimensions and cylinder block line bore before assembly begins. Install with new bearings, confirm oil clearance using plastigauge, and tighten the main and rod caps to factory torque and sequence. Cleanliness during assembly is critical; keep machined surfaces free of swarf, grit and moisture at all times.
