VW Bare 2009–2016 1.6L GOL Fox 1.6 Complete Cylinder Head Assembly 032103036AD Engine Golf Polo Jetta – OEM 032103373T

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is engineered for the Volkswagen 1.6-litre petrol engine fitted to the Gol and Fox and related Golf, Polo and Jetta models. It is supplied fully assembled with valves included and machined to original equipment tolerances, offering a dependable replacement for a warped, cracked or valve-damaged original cylinder head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade material and CNC-machined for accurate deck flatness, correct valve seat concentricity and consistent combustion chamber volume. Valve guides are fitted and seats are cut to the correct angles for reliable sealing and even compression across all four cylinders, and the cam carrier surfaces are finished for correct bearing clearance. Intake and exhaust flange faces are machined to original profiles for reliable gasket sealing, and cooling passages follow the factory design for uniform temperature distribution.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head fits Volkswagen Gol 1.6L (2009-2016) and Fox 1.6, 1.6 Trendline Flex and 1.6 Highline Flex 16V (2003-2016 and 2014 onwards) models, plus related Volkswagen Golf, Polo and Jetta applications using the 1.6-litre engine. Always confirm the engine code, casting number and OE reference against the original component before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code VW 1.6; displacement 1.6 litres; inline four-cylinder petrol; material cast iron or aluminium; standard size; new condition; valves included; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; intended for replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 032103373T and 032103036AD. Cross-reference these numbers with the casting identification on the original cylinder head to confirm the correct specification.

Applications: Suitable for compact hatchbacks, sedans and small family cars, covering everyday repairs, engine rebuilds, workshop overhauls and fleet maintenance where a factory-specification head is required.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Installing this assembly restores compression, resolves coolant loss and combustion leakage caused by cracks or distortion, and avoids the expense of separately re-machining the original casting. A complete unit shortens repair time and provides factory-matched sealing.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Fitment should be carried out by a qualified technician. Clean and check the block deck for flatness, use new head bolts where specified, and torque in the correct sequence to the manufacturer's figures. Replace the head gasket, timing components and coolant, verify cam timing and valve clearances, then pressure test and bleed the cooling system before road use.
