Hyundai Accent II 2000–2005 1.3L Saloon 1.3 (63KW,86PS) G4EA Long Block Engine Assembly Complete Gasoline Engine Getz Kia Rio – OEM 2210022600

Product Overview: This Engine Assembly is a direct-fit replacement unit engineered for the G4EA, G4EA engine family, gasoline (petrol) powerplant widely used across Hyundai Kia passenger, SUV and light commercial applications. It is supplied as a fully assembled long block that reuses the original ancillaries, with all critical rotating and sealing surfaces finish-machined so that a worn, seized or oil-consuming original unit can be exchanged without a lengthy workshop rebuild. Every unit is inspected before packing: bore geometry, deck flatness, bearing clearances and seal surfaces are measured against the original specification, and the assembly is pressure and leak tested to confirm that it is ready for service.

Key Features: Key components include the cylinder block, balanced crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons and rings, fully assembled cylinder head, camshaft, timing components, oil pan and sump, and all necessary covers and seals, so no large core parts need to be transferred from the old unit. Friction surfaces are honed and clearances are set to manufacturer limits, which supports correct oil pressure, smooth rotation and quiet operation.

Vehicle Compatibility: This assembly is confirmed against the following applications: Hyundai Accent II Saloon (2000.01-2005.11) 1.3 (63KW,86PS); Hyundai Accent II Saloon (2000.01-2005.11) 1.3 (55KW,75PS); Hyundai Getz (2003.09-2005.09) 1.3 (63KW,85PS); Hyundai Accent II (2002.08-2005.11) 1.3 (62KW,84PS); Hyundai Getz (2002.09-2004.03) 1.3 i (60KW,82PS); Hyundai Accent II (2000.01-2005.11) 1.3 (63KW,86PS); and further market variants of the same models.
