Hyundai CARENS II 02 G4JS 2002–2007 Aluminum 4GA1 Complete Cylinder Head Kia Culata Cabezote Tapa Cilindro – OEM 22100-38410

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is designed for Hyundai and Kia G4JS and 4GA1 2.0 and 2.4-litre petrol engines, the four-cylinder units used in MPVs, sedans and light commercial vehicles. It is delivered fully assembled with valves, guides and seats installed and is machined to original equipment tolerances, offering a dependable replacement for a warped, cracked or valve-damaged original cylinder head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade material and CNC-machined for accurate deck flatness, correct valve seat concentricity and consistent combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are pre-installed and honed for even sealing and balanced compression across all four cylinders, and the cam carrier surfaces are finished for correct bearing clearance in the DOHC layout. Intake and exhaust flanges are precision machined for reliable gasket sealing and correct manifold alignment.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head fits Hyundai Carens II (2002-2007), Carens (1999-2002 and 2000-2002), Avella (1995-2000), AM928 (1998-2007), H-1 (2002-2008) and Xcient applications, plus related Kia and Hyundai models using the G4JS or 4GA1 engine. Confirm the engine code and OE reference against the original component before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code G4JS / 4GA1; displacement 2.0 L and 2.4 L; inline four-cylinder petrol; material cast iron or aluminium; standard size; new condition; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; purpose replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 22100-38410, 22100-38712 and 22111-38400. Match these references against the casting identification on the original head to confirm the correct variant.

Applications: Suitable for MPVs, family sedans, vans and light commercial vehicles, covering everyday repairs, engine overhauls, rebuilds and fleet maintenance where a factory-specification head is needed.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this assembly restores compression, corrects coolant and combustion gas leakage caused by cracking or distortion, and removes the expense of separately reconditioning the original valves, guides and seats. A complete unit shortens repair time and reduces vehicle downtime.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Entrust installation to a qualified technician. Clean and verify block deck flatness, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts as specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace timing belt or chain components and coolant during the job, verify valve clearances and cam timing, then run the engine and check for leaks before road testing.
