Isuzu Fast Deliver 1996–2009 2.8L 4JB1 Oem 8944436620 892190927 Engine Crankshaft Pickup D-max – OEM 892190927

Product Overview: This forged steel engine crankshaft is a direct-fit replacement component engineered for Isuzu 4JB1 engines. It is produced to original equipment tolerances and is intended to replace a worn, bent, cracked or journal-damaged original crankshaft without modification. The crankshaft suits 2.8 litre applications and is supplied in STD with a forged steel finish.

Key Features: Each crankshaft is CNC-machined to original equipment dimensions, controlling main and rod journal diameters, journal run-out, stroke and thrust surfaces. Hardened, ground and micro-polished journals provide the surface quality required for stable oil pressure and long bearing life. Forged steel construction provides the stiffness needed under load, and each shaft is balanced to reduce vibration and bearing stress.

Vehicle Compatibility: It fits Isuzu models including 4JB1. Listed production years include 1996-2009. The same engine family was produced in more than one revision, so verify the engine code and original part number against the removed component before ordering.

Specifications: Key specifications: engine code 4JB1; displacement 2.8 L; cylinder configuration Inline 4 (L4); material Forged Steel; size STD; condition New; warranty 12 Months. Measured characteristics include stroke 95.00 mm, main journal diameter 70.00 mm and rod journal diameter 55.00 mm.

OEM / Reference Numbers: Reference numbers for this part include 892190927, 8944436620 and 8-94443-662-0.

Applications: It is suited to engine rebuilds, in-frame overhauls, fleet servicing and the repair of engines that have suffered bearing seizure or crankshaft damage. It is a suitable choice for workshops that rebuild this engine family regularly and prefer to keep standard-size parts on the shelf. The part is used across passenger cars, vans, pickups and light trucks, as well as industrial equipment where the same engine is fitted.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Replacing a worn or damaged crankshaft restores smooth rotation, corrects vibration and bearing noise, and helps recover lost oil pressure. Because the shaft is supplied in standard size and ready to fit, it avoids the lead time and expense of re-grinding an original unit. Correct balance and journal geometry also reduce the load on the bearings and oil pump, which supports longer service intervals for the rebuilt engine.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Prior to installation, verify the reference number, measure all journals and inspect the block and bearing bores for wear or distortion. Install with new bearings, confirm oil clearance using plastigauge, and tighten the main and rod caps to factory torque and sequence. Check crankshaft end-float, pre-lubricate the oil galleries, and carry out an initial run-in followed by an early oil change.
