Toyota 2.0L 3Y 4Y Engine Crankshaft 13411-73010 Hiace Hilux – OEM 1341173010

Product Overview: This crankshaft is a precision-manufactured replacement part for Toyota 3Y 4Y engines, supplied ready for installation. Every unit is machined to factory dimensions so it can replace a fatigued, scored or bent original crankshaft as a straightforward bolt-in component.

Key Features: The crankshaft is CNC-machined on precision centres to hold main and rod journal diameters, fillet radii, stroke and end-float within original equipment limits. Journals are ground and micro-polished to a fine surface finish to encourage reliable oil-film formation and reduce bearing wear during cold starts and sustained high load.

Vehicle Compatibility: This part is listed for Toyota, covering model families such as for Toyota Hiace Hilux Forklift Commercial. Always check the engine code and the reference number on the original part against the listing to ensure the correct variant is supplied. Early and late builds of the same engine can use different revisions, so identification from the original component is essential.

Specifications: Key specifications: engine code 3Y 4Y; displacement 2.0L 2.2L; cylinder configuration 4 Cylinders; material Nodular Cast Iron; size STD; condition New; warranty 12 Months. Additional dimensional and build data includes main journal diameter Standard 58mm or OEM Size. It is supplied in standard size, so no undersize bearings or additional machining are required at assembly.

OEM / Reference Numbers: OEM and cross-reference numbers covered by this listing are 1341173010. Compare these references with the identification marks on the original component to confirm compatibility.

Applications: Typical uses include engine overhauls, bottom-end rebuilds, fleet maintenance and repair of vehicles withdrawn from service because of bearing failure or bottom-end noise. It also suits preventative maintenance programmes where a failed unit is replaced before secondary damage occurs.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this part corrects bottom-end noise and vibration, restores oil pressure and returns the engine to reliable service. Because the shaft is supplied in standard size and ready to fit, it avoids the lead time and expense of re-grinding an original unit. A new component avoids the lead time and uncertainty of sourcing and reconditioning a used original part.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Check the part number, journal dimensions and cylinder block line bore before assembly begins. Install with new bearings, confirm oil clearance using plastigauge, and tighten the main and rod caps to factory torque and sequence. Keep the journals protected until the moment of assembly, and handle the shaft only with clean gloves to avoid surface damage. Installation should be carried out by a qualified technician using the vehicle manufacturer's procedures and torque specifications.
