Toyota LAND Cruiser 1990–2001 1HZ 4.2 D 4x4 (123KW,167PS) 6 Cylinder Diesel Engine Assembly Long Block Motor ForToyota – OEM 1110117012

Product Overview: The 1HZ complete engine assembly listed here is a complete replacement complete engine assembly for diesel engines found in Toyota vehicles. Each unit is assembled from quality-checked components and finish-machined on modern CNC equipment, providing a practical solution when the original complete engine assembly has failed, is uneconomical to rebuild or is no longer available from the dealer network. Quality control covers casting integrity, dimensional accuracy of the machined faces, correct bearing clearances and a leak-down check, giving confidence that the unit is installation-ready.

Key Features: The long-block configuration includes the cylinder block, crankshaft, piston and rod assembly, cylinder head, camshaft, timing drive, oil pump and sump, with gaskets and seals fitted where the design requires. Machined surfaces are checked for flatness and concentricity, bearings are sized to standard, and the rotating assembly is balanced for low vibration and long service life.

Vehicle Compatibility: This assembly is confirmed against the following applications: Toyota Land Cruiser (1990.01-2001.08) 4.2 D 4x4 (123KW,167PS); Toyota Land Cruiser Pick-Up (1990.01-2007.02) 4.2 D 4x4 (96KW,131PS); Toyota Land Cruiser 80 (1990.01-1997.12) 4.2 D (99KW,135PS); Toyota Land Cruiser (1990.01-) 4.2 D (HZJ76, HZJ78, HZJ70, HZJ73, HZJ75, HZJ79, HZJ77,... (96KW,131PS). Because manufacturers often revise part numbers within the same model generation, always confirm the engine code and original reference number on the vehicle or the failed component before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code: 1HZ; configuration: Inline 6 (L6) cylinder; displacement: 4.2L; fuel type: diesel; power output: 129 - 131Hp(96.20-97.69kW); torque: 271 - 290N.m; material: Cast Iron Block / Cast Iron Cylinder Head; condition: new; purpose: replacement or repair; supplied as a fully assembled long block that reuses the original ancillaries; warranty: 12 months.

OEM / Reference Numbers: Interchangeable reference numbers include 1110117012. Always compare these against the original part number on the vehicle, as supersession chains differ between regions.

Applications: Typical applications include Toyota Land Cruiser / Toyota Coaster using the 1HZ engine.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this complete engine assembly resolves the low compression, heavy oil use, overheating or mechanical noise associated with a worn or damaged engine. It removes the need for specialist machining and balancing, shortens vehicle downtime and gives a predictable, warrantied result.

Installation or Fitment Notes: A competent technician should install this unit according to the factory service instructions. Use new gaskets, seals, bolts and filters, replace the timing drive where specified, and fill with the correct specification oils and coolant. Prime the oil system, verify timing and clearances, then carry out a road test and re-torque as required.
