Toyota Hilux Vigo Front & Rear Spacer Lift Kit – Aluminium 25mm / 32mm – OEM 4851009K60

Overview

This front and rear spacer lift kit for the Toyota Hilux Vigo is a new aftermarket replacement available from Auto Centre Parts. It is listed against OE reference 4851009K60, so you can match it against the number on your existing part before ordering. It is aimed at owners of 4x4s, utes and light commercial vehicles who want to restore or adjust ride height and suspension support for New Zealand roads, tracks and work use.

Spacer-style lift kits raise ride height by fitting a machined spacer between the strut or spring and its mounting point, so the factory springs and shock absorbers stay in place. They are a popular way to level out the factory nose-down stance of a ute, add a little extra ground clearance for gravel roads, tracks and beach access, and create room for slightly larger tyres.

Spacer kits suit owners who want a mild, budget-friendly lift and a more level stance while keeping the vehicle's original ride feel. They are typically paired with a rear leaf-spring or shackle solution when the whole vehicle needs to be raised evenly.

Vehicle Compatibility

Compatibility is based on the information supplied with this product and has not been VIN-verified. Where a field is blank, that detail was not supplied — please confirm it with our team.

Fitment & Installation

Because a spacer changes suspension geometry, the front end must be re-aligned after installation and CV joint angles, shock absorber travel and brake line slack should be checked. Spacers do not change spring rate, so if your vehicle regularly carries heavy loads or a canopy, consider whether the rear suspension also needs attention to keep the vehicle level.

Professional installation is recommended. In New Zealand, suspension and ride-height changes must still meet Warrant / Certificate of Fitness requirements, and larger modifications may need LVVTA certification — check with a certifier before fitting if you are unsure.
