Chevrolet Trax A14NET A14NEL B14NEL B14NEJ B14NET 2017–2021 Trax (2WD) U14NET D14NET Linkteco Engine Cylinder Head for GM – OEM 55565295

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is designed for GM, Chevrolet, Buick and Opel 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engines in the A14NET, A14NEL, B14NET, B14NEL, B14NEJ, U14NET and D14NET families. It is supplied fully assembled with pre-installed valves, guides and seats and is machined to original equipment tolerances, providing a dependable replacement for a warped, cracked or valve-damaged original cylinder head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade material and CNC-machined for accurate deck flatness, valve seat concentricity and consistent combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are fitted and honed for even sealing and balanced compression, and the combustion chambers are sized to maintain the compression ratio required by turbocharged engines. Cam carrier surfaces are finished for correct bearing clearance, and machined intake and exhaust flanges ensure reliable gasket sealing under boost.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head fits Chevrolet Trax 2WD and AWD (2017-2021), Trax (2015-2016), Trax (Canada and Mexico, 2013-2014), Buick Encore (2013-2016) and Encore 2WD (2017-2021), plus related Chevrolet Cruze and Aveo T300 applications using these engine codes. Confirm the engine code and OE reference before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code A14NET, A14NEL, B14NEL, B14NEJ, B14NET, U14NET, D14NET; displacement 1.4 litres; inline four-cylinder turbocharged petrol; material cast iron or aluminium; standard size; new condition; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; purpose replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 55565295, 25193622, 55573010, 55587168 and 55597234. Cross-reference these numbers with the casting identification on the original head to confirm the correct part.

Applications: Suitable for compact SUVs, crossovers, hatchbacks and small family cars, covering everyday repairs, turbocharger-related engine work, workshop overhauls, engine rebuilds and fleet maintenance.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this assembly restores compression, corrects coolant and combustion gas leakage caused by cracking or distortion, and removes the expense of separately reconditioning valves, guides and seats. A complete head keeps workshop turnaround and vehicle downtime to a minimum.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Clean and check the block deck for flatness, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts as specified, and torque in the correct sequence and angular stages. Replace timing and cooling components during the job, verify valve clearances and cam timing, then run the engine to operating temperature and check for leaks before road testing.
