Opel 2012–2018 Utility RHD (South Africa) Corsa 1.8 Durable Precision Machined Tornado Corsa 1.8 Cylinder Head 93376337 for Chevrolet 1.8 – OEM 93399244

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is precision built for Chevrolet and Opel 1.8-litre petrol engines fitted to the Corsa, Astra, Vectra and related platforms. Offered as a fully assembled replacement with valves, guides and seats installed, it is machined to original equipment dimensions and is intended to restore a cracked, warped or valve-damaged original cylinder head to factory performance.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-strength aluminium alloy and CNC-machined to hold accurate deck flatness, correct valve seat concentricity and matched combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are fitted and honed for even sealing and balanced compression, while the machined cam carrier surfaces maintain correct bearing clearance for the DOHC valvetrain. Intake and exhaust flange faces are finished to original profiles for reliable gasket sealing and correct manifold positioning.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head suits Utility RHD (South Africa, 2012-2018) and Montana Nova (2011-2020) vehicles powered by the Corsa 1.8 or Opel 1.8 engine, together with related Chevrolet and Opel models using the same powerplant. Confirm the engine code and OE reference before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code Corsa 1.8 / Opel 1.8; inline four-cylinder petrol; displacement 1.8 litres; material aluminium alloy; standard size; new condition; valves included; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; purpose replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 93399244, 93376337 and 94707454. Cross-reference these numbers with the identification marks on the original cylinder head to be certain of the correct variant.

Applications: Suitable for utility vehicles, light commercials, passenger cars and fleet vehicles, covering planned maintenance, engine overhauls, rebuilds and repair work where a durable factory-specification head is required.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Replacing a failed head with this assembly restores compression, eliminates coolant and combustion gas leakage, and resolves overheating caused by cracking or distortion. A complete unit avoids the lead time and cost of individually reconditioning the original valves, guides and seats.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Installation must be carried out by a qualified technician. Check the block deck for flatness, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts as specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace timing and cooling components as required, verify valve clearances and cam timing, then run the engine to operating temperature and confirm there are no leaks before road testing.
