Short Steering Wheel Hub Adapter Boss Kit for BMW F22 F30 F32 - Black Aluminium
Description

Product Overview

Swap your factory steering wheel for an aftermarket wheel with this short hub adapter boss kit. Machined from aluminium and finished in black, it is listed for the BMW F22, F30 and F32, with the supplier also referencing the GR Supra and the Mini F56. A short-profile hub keeps the wheel closer to the dash than a standard-length adapter, which some drivers prefer for a more natural arm position.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Short-profile hub adapter design
  • Aluminium construction
  • Black finish
  • Suits three-spoke aftermarket wheels around 350 mm, per the listing
  • Model-specific spline fit for the listed vehicles

Vehicle Compatibility

The title names the BMW F22, F30 and F32. The specifications add the Toyota GR Supra and Mini F56 and give a long, inconsistent list of year ranges. Please treat this fitment as supplier-stated and confirm it carefully before ordering, as steering column and airbag configurations vary.

Product Specifications

  • Product type: steering wheel hub adapter boss kit
  • Material: aluminium
  • Colour: black
  • Grip size referenced: 350 mm

Installation and Usage

Steering components are safety critical, so installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended. Disconnect the battery and wait before removing the airbag module, then remove the factory wheel and fit the hub to the column spline with correct torque. Ensure warning lights, horn and indicator cancelling are addressed, and check for free play before driving.

Package Contents

One steering wheel hub adapter, as pictured. Fasteners and horn components have not been itemised.

Important Fitment Notice

Send us your VIN before ordering so we can help confirm fitment. Images are for reference only. In New Zealand, removing a factory airbag or changing the steering wheel may require Low Volume Vehicle certification and can affect your Warrant of Fitness, so check with a certifier first. Always confirm the new wheel is centred and the column is locked correctly before your first drive.
