Volkswagen Golf / Audi A3 S3 EA888 7 GTI Intercooler – Contach Performance Front Mount Intercooler, R Mk7

Golf 7 GTI Intercooler for Superior Turbo Cooling

The Golf 7 GTI Intercooler from Contach is engineered to improve cooling performance for Volkswagen Golf 7 GTI, Golf R Mk7, Audi A3, and Audi S3 EA888 turbocharged models. Designed to reduce intake air temperatures, this high-performance intercooler helps your engine deliver more consistent power, quicker throttle response, and improved reliability during everyday driving and spirited performance.

Manufactured from premium aluminum, the Golf 7 GTI Intercooler features a high-efficiency bar-and-plate core that provides significantly improved heat dissipation over the factory intercooler. Lower intake temperatures help reduce heat soak while maintaining stable boost pressure during repeated acceleration or track use.

Whether you're commuting around New Zealand, heading out for a weekend drive, or running a tuned EA888 engine, this Golf 7 GTI Intercooler delivers dependable cooling performance and factory-style fitment for an easy upgrade.

Designed for Tuned EA888 Engines

Turbocharged EA888 engines generate considerable heat, especially after ECU tuning or performance modifications. This Golf 7 GTI Intercooler efficiently cools compressed intake air, helping maintain engine performance while reducing the effects of heat soak.

Its precision-welded aluminum construction provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability, making it an ideal choice for both daily-driven and high-performance vehicles.
