Skoda Rapid Fabia VW Santana 12V Heater Blower Motor 34D819015C
Description

Overview

A new 12 V heater and air-conditioning blower motor, referenced to OE-reference number 34D819015C. It is listed for the Skoda Rapid and Fabia and the Volkswagen Santana and Gran Santana. The blower moves air through the heater and evaporator, so a failing motor shows up as weak airflow, noise from behind the glovebox, or a fan that only runs at certain speeds or stops altogether.

Vehicle compatibility

Listed fitment data includes six entries: the Skoda Rapid (Czech-built, approx. 2012–2022, and China-built, 2012–2023), Rapid Spaceback (2014–2022), Fabia NF hatchback (2015–2018), and the China-market Volkswagen Santana (2003–2023) and Gran Santana (2015–2019). Several of these are vehicles built for the Chinese market by joint-venture manufacturers, and their climate systems may differ from European versions sold in New Zealand. Blower motors can also vary between left- and right-hand-drive vehicles. Please confirm by OE-reference number or VIN before ordering.

Key features

  • 12 V air-conditioning and heater blower fan

Installation

On most applications the blower motor is accessed from the passenger footwell after removing a lower dashboard panel. Disconnect the battery, unplug the connector and release the motor from the housing. Because this is an electrical component, professional installation is recommended. Check every fan speed and airflow direction once fitted, and replace the cabin filter at the same time if it is due.

Fitment checks before ordering

Because this part number is mainly associated with China-market models, please check the number on your existing blower motor or send us your VIN so we can confirm it suits your car before ordering. Our team will compare the connector and mounting style with your vehicle.

What's included

1 x blower motor. The resistor and cabin filter are not included unless stated.
