On these multi-link front suspensions the lower arm locates the wheel hub and carries significant load, so worn bushes or ball joints commonly cause clunks over bumps, vague steering and uneven tyre wear.

Vehicle compatibility

Listed fitment data has 43 entries. Final tightening of bushed joints should be done with the vehicle at normal ride height to avoid premature bush wear, and a wheel alignment is required after fitting. Many owners choose to replace arms in pairs to keep handling balanced, and it is worth inspecting the remaining arms, tie rod ends and anti-roll bar links while the suspension is apart.

Fitment checks before ordering

Front suspension arms on these platforms come in several versions.
