It is referenced to OE-reference numbers 06E103547AE, 06E103547AK, 06E103547L and 06E103547T. A failed separator can lead to rough idle, oil consumption, whistling noises from the engine bay and lean-mixture or misfire fault codes.

Vehicle compatibility

Listed fitment data lists 26 applications, mainly supercharged 3.0 TFSI quattro engines: the Audi A6 C7 and Avant (approx. 2010–2018), A7 Sportback (2010–2015), A8 D4 (2010–2018), Q7 (2010–2015), A5 and A5 Sportback 3.0 TFSI, and S5 quattro. Some 3.0 TDI A5 entries are also included; diesel and petrol V6 engines normally use different breather systems, so those entries need checking. The listing attributes also mention an A6 Avant 1.8, which does not match the part numbers. Please confirm by OE-reference number or VIN before ordering.

Key features

Separates oil mist from crankcase gases before they return to the intake

Cross-referenced to four OE-reference part numbers

Covers a wide range of Audi V6 models in the fitment data

New condition, ready to replace a leaking or failed unit

Specifications

Part type

Oil and gas separator (crankcase breather)

OE-reference numbers

06E103547AE, 06E103547AK, 06E103547L, 06E103547T

Condition

New

Sold per

Piece

Approx. packed dimensions

15 x 8 x 10 cm

Approx. packed weight

3.0 kg

Installation

On 3.0 TFSI engines the separator sits on top of the engine, and access may require removal of the engine cover and nearby hoses.
