BMW M2 G87 Equal Length Resonated Stainless Steel Midpipe
Description

Product Overview

This equal length midpipe is listed for the BMW G87 M2 and is described in the title as a resonated version. Designed to replace the factory centre exhaust section, it aims to balance exhaust flow while retaining resonators to help keep drone under control, making it suitable for owners who want more character without an overly harsh tone.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Equal length design, per the title
  • Resonated version to help manage drone
  • Replaces the factory centre section
  • Designed for the G87 M2
  • Retrofit and upgrade part, supplied new

Vehicle Compatibility

The listing title names the BMW G87 M2. The specification data is largely incomplete, references a straight pipe type and uses a supplier code also seen on a single midpipe listing, so the exact configuration is unclear. This fitment is supplier-stated and has not been independently verified; please confirm with us before ordering.

Product Specifications

  • Product type: midpipe, equal length, resonated (per title)
  • Chassis: G87
  • Condition: new
  • Material: not confirmed in specifications
  • Package size and weight: not provided

Installation and Usage

Midpipe replacement requires the vehicle to be raised and the factory centre section removed. A professional exhaust workshop is recommended. Align the new midpipe carefully with the front and rear sections, check clearance to the driveshaft and heat shields, and inspect all joints for leaks after the first drive. Recheck clamps after several heat cycles.

Package Contents

The listing implies a midpipe as pictured. Clamps, gaskets, hangers and braces have not been confirmed by the supplier.

Important Fitment Notice

Please send us your VIN or chassis number before ordering so we can help confirm fitment and product configuration. Exhaust changes can increase noise, and New Zealand road vehicles must meet noise and WoF requirements. Compliance is the owner's responsibility. Images are for reference only, and the final product may differ in finish from the photos. If you have any questions about how this midpipe will suit your existing exhaust, please contact us before purchasing.
