It is supplied as a used (second-hand) unit with a 1.7L displacement. Swapping in a matching engine is often faster and more predictable than rebuilding a worn or damaged original, provided the engine code and ancillary configuration match your vehicle.

Vehicle Fitment

Vehicle make: Honda

Listed application: Honda Civic Stream 1.7L

Supplier-listed models: STREAM, Civic

Supplier-listed production years: 2002-2005, 2001-2007 (year ranges are not matched model-by-model by the supplier, so confirm against your vehicle)

Engine code: D17A

Engine capacity: 1.7L

OEM / reference numbers: D17A

LHD / RHD: not specified by the supplier

Product Specifications

Component: Engine Assembly

Condition: Used

Cylinders: 4

Supplier-listed power: 135hp(100.67kW)

Supplier-listed torque: 155nm

Only specifications that could be verified from the supplier listing are shown here. Engine codes are often shared across several models and years with small differences in sensors, mounts, timing components or emissions equipment, so we recommend confirming fitment using your VIN or chassis number – send it to us and we will check it for you. Installation should be carried out by a qualified mechanic. Replace consumables such as gaskets, seals, filters, coolant and oil, and transfer or renew ancillaries as required. As a used part, normal signs of previous service such as surface marks, light corrosion or discolouration may be present.

Before You Order

Ideal for Honda repairs where a direct replacement for the D17A is required. To avoid delays and returns, confirm compatibility before placing your order by sending us your VIN or the number stamped on your original part.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0574/9037/4728/files/H25cd452b711a46bdbb7639bf24a84700h.webp?v=1792128904
