JS cabin filter AC1504C

This AC1504C activated carbon cabin air filter helps keep the air inside your vehicle cleaner and fresher by filtering out dust, pollen and road pollution. An activated carbon layer also absorbs many unpleasant odours and harmful gases from traffic exhaust, making it a good choice for city driving and allergy sufferers.

A fresh cabin filter also helps the air conditioning and demister work efficiently, reduces musty smells from the vents and keeps the evaporator cleaner. Old filters can become clogged with debris and moisture, encouraging odours and reducing airflow.

Fitment and replacement

Confirm fitment by matching the part number above against your old filter, your vehicle's service book or a parts catalogue for your exact make, model, engine and year. If you are unsure, send us your registration or VIN and we will check it for you. Cabin filters are usually located behind the glovebox or under the windscreen cowl. Note the airflow arrow on the filter frame and install it facing the correct direction. Replace every 12 months or 15,000km, or sooner in dusty or high-traffic areas.

Stocked in New Zealand and dispatched quickly, so your vehicle spends less time off the road. Changing the cabin filter is one of the easiest ways to improve air quality inside the vehicle for drivers and passengers. Many owners replace the cabin filter every year, ideally before spring when pollen levels rise. Always follow the vehicle manufacturer's service schedule and fitting instructions, and have the work carried out by a qualified technician if you are not confident doing it yourself. If you are unsure about fitment, send us your vehicle registration, make, model and year before ordering and we will help you confirm the right part. Buying the correct part the first time saves on labour, avoids repeat jobs and gets the vehicle back to work sooner. Keeping a spare on the shelf is a sensible move for workshops, fleet operators and home mechanics who would rather not wait on parts. Our team is happy to answer questions about specifications, compatibility or ordering in larger quantities for fleet and workshop use.
