Installation and Usage

Fitting requires disconnecting the battery, removing the airbag module and transferring the controls, paddles and wiring to the new wheel. Airbags must only be removed and refitted by a qualified technician, as incorrect handling is dangerous. After installation, confirm the steering is centred, all controls work and no warning lights are displayed. In New Zealand, steering and airbag modifications can affect WoF compliance, so please check before fitting. To keep the finish looking its best, clean the carbon and grip with a mild interior cleaner and avoid harsh solvents.
