Installation and Usage

A competent mechanic should fit this intercooler. Remove any ducting above the factory intercooler and the intercooler itself, transfer any seals or sensors and bolt the new unit into place, ensuring the inlet and outlet couplers are fully seated and clamped. Check that any air ducting seals line up correctly so airflow is directed through the core. After installation, check for boost leaks and warning lights on a test drive.

Package Contents

Top mount intercooler as pictured. Seals, couplers and hardware have not been itemised by the supplier, so please ask if you need confirmation.

Important Fitment Notice

Please send us your VIN before ordering so we can help confirm fitment for your Mini. Images are for reference only. Changes to the induction system may affect emissions compliance and your Warrant of Fitness in New Zealand. Our team is happy to help with any questions. If your Mini has a smaller supercharger pulley or other engine modifications, please include those details so we can give accurate advice.
