Real Carbon Fibre Licence Plate Frame - US Size
Description

Product Overview

This licence plate frame is made from real carbon fibre and is sized for US-standard number plates. It adds a premium carbon finish around the plate, suiting cars with other carbon exterior parts. The listing refers to both classic 3K weave and forged carbon finishes. Please note that US plates are a different size and shape from standard New Zealand plates, so this frame is best suited to imported vehicles with US-style plate recesses, show cars or display use.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Real carbon fibre construction
  • Sized for US-standard licence plates
  • Lightweight and corrosion resistant
  • Premium appearance that complements carbon trim
  • Slim profile frame

Vehicle Compatibility

The supplier lists this frame as US car size, with the item described as suitable for front bumper placement. It is not sized for standard New Zealand plates. Fitment is supplier-stated only, so please measure your plate and mounting holes before ordering.

  • Material: real carbon fibre
  • Size: US standard plate size

Installation and Usage

Remove the existing plate screws, place the frame over the plate and refit the screws through the frame's mounting holes. Make sure the frame does not obscure any characters on the plate, and use non-corrosive fasteners to avoid marking the carbon. Clean the frame with mild soapy water and a soft cloth, and avoid abrasive polishes that could dull the clear coat. Installation is straightforward and can usually be done at home.

Package Contents

One licence plate frame as pictured. The supplier has not confirmed whether screws or caps are included, so other contents are not confirmed.

Important Fitment Notice

In New Zealand, number plates must remain fully visible and legible, and frames must not obscure any characters. As this frame is designed for US-size plates, please check carefully before purchase, and send us your VIN or chassis number if you would like help confirming suitability.
