It is supplied as a used (second-hand) unit with a 2.0L displacement. A replacement engine is typically chosen when the original block has suffered internal damage, high wear or failure, and a like-for-like swap is the most practical way to return the vehicle to service.

Vehicle Fitment

Vehicle make: Subaru

Listed application: Subaru Impreza Crosstrek XV Forester Legacy 2.0

Supplier-listed models: Brz, 86

Supplier-listed production years: 2013-2019, 2017-2019 (year ranges are not matched model-by-model by the supplier, so confirm against your vehicle)

Engine code: FB20

Engine capacity: 2.0L

OEM / reference numbers: FB20

LHD / RHD: not specified by the supplier

Product Specifications

Component: Engine Assembly

Condition: Used

Cylinders: 4

Supplier-listed power: 150KW

Supplier-listed torque: 200n.m

Only specifications that could be verified from the supplier listing are shown here. Engine codes are often shared across several models and years with small differences in sensors, mounts, timing components or emissions equipment, so we recommend confirming fitment using your VIN or chassis number – send it to us and we will check it for you. Installation should be carried out by a qualified mechanic. Replace consumables such as gaskets, seals, filters, coolant and oil, and transfer or renew ancillaries as required. As a used part, normal signs of previous service such as surface marks, light corrosion or discolouration may be present.

Before You Order

This engine assembly is intended for owners and workshops repairing Subaru vehicles fitted with the FB20 engine.
