Installation

On modern Golfs, guard replacement involves removing the front bumper, headlight, arch liner and any associated sensors or trims. Fit the new guard loosely, set the gaps against the bonnet, door and bumper, and then tighten. The panel needs to be prepared, painted and sealed to match the rest of the vehicle. We recommend a qualified panel beater for this work.
