Hybrid models also carry high-voltage systems, so work must only be undertaken by a technician trained in hybrid safety procedures. For all versions, depressurise the fuel system, disconnect the battery and work in a ventilated area away from ignition sources. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Fit a new seal and check for fuel leaks and correct gauge readings afterwards. Clearing stored fault codes with a suitable diagnostic tool is also advisable.

Keeping the tank reasonably full helps cool the new pump and extend its life.

Fitment checks before ordering

Fitment is drawn from listing data.
