Installation

Only change plugs on a cold engine. Remove the coil packs carefully, blow away any debris from around the plug wells, and fit each new plug by hand first to avoid cross-threading before torquing to the vehicle maker's specification. Check the gap only if your service manual calls for it, as many modern plugs are pre-gapped. Replace all plugs in the engine at the same time for even performance.
