It is referenced to OE number 11K915463, with C and B versions quoted by the listing. The disconnect unit isolates the traction battery from the rest of the high-voltage system, protecting the vehicle and technicians in the event of a fault, crash or service shutdown.

Faults in this unit can prevent the vehicle from entering ready mode or charging, so a correct, matched replacement is important for getting the car back on the road.

Vehicle compatibility

The part listing lists the VW ID.3, ID.4, ID.5 and ID.6, plus the Audi Q4 e-tron. The single fitment row supplied with the listing refers to a VW Golf VII Kombi 2015–2016, which does not match the product description, so fitment is treated as partial. Model years were not specified. Always confirm the OE number on your existing unit and check compatibility with your VIN before ordering.

Key features

New battery disconnection protection switch

Model number 11K915463C supplied

Replacement for units that have failed diagnostics or been damaged

Compact unit, well suited to workshop stock for EV repairers

Specifications

Part type

High-voltage battery disconnect unit / protection switch

OE-reference numbers

11K915463, 11K915463B, 11K915463C

Model supplied

11K915463C

Condition

New

Approx. packed dimensions

10 x 5 x 9 cm

Approx. packed weight

0.3 kg

Installation

This component forms part of the high-voltage system.
