Chevrolet Aveo Cruze 2009–2010 1.6L G3 (Mexico and USA) F14D4 F16D4 A16XER Z16XER Complete Cylinder Head Lacetti Daewoo Nubira Opel Astra 16V – OEM 55565452

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is designed for GM, Chevrolet, Opel and Daewoo 1.4 and 1.6-litre 16-valve petrol engines in the F14D4, F16D4, A16XER and Z16XER families. It is supplied as a fully assembled unit with pre-installed valves, guides and seats and is machined to original equipment tolerances, offering a reliable replacement for a warped, cracked or valve-damaged original cylinder head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-strength aluminium alloy and CNC-machined for accurate deck flatness, valve seat concentricity and consistent combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are pre-installed and honed for even sealing and balanced compression across all four cylinders, and the cam carrier surfaces are finished for correct bearing clearance in the DOHC 16-valve layout. Intake and exhaust flanges are precision machined for reliable gasket sealing, and cooling passages match the factory design.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head fits Chevrolet G3 Mexico and USA (2009-2010), G3 Wave Canada (2009-2010), Cruze and Lacetti Premier J300 (2009-2016), Cruze 5 (2012-2016), Gentra T255 (2006-2011) and Cruze Wagon GMSA (2013-2017) models, plus related Aveo, Opel Astra and Daewoo Nubira applications using these engine codes. Verify the engine code and OE reference before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code F14D4, F16D4, A16XER, Z16XER; displacement 1.4 L and 1.6 L; inline four-cylinder DOHC 16-valve petrol; material high-strength aluminium alloy; standard size; new condition; valves included; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; purpose replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 55565452, 55578489 and 55570930. Match these references against the casting marks on the original cylinder head to confirm the correct variant.

Applications: Suitable for compact sedans, hatchbacks, small family cars and fleet vehicles, covering everyday repairs, engine rebuilds, workshop overhauls and maintenance programmes requiring a factory-specification head.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this assembly restores compression, corrects coolant and combustion gas leakage caused by cracking or distortion, and removes the expense of separately reconditioning valves, guides and seats. A complete unit reduces downtime and simplifies the repair.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Have the head installed by a qualified technician. Clean and verify block deck flatness, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts as specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace timing belt or chain components and coolant during the job, verify valve clearances and cam timing, then run the engine and check for leaks before road testing.
