Suzuki Vitara XL7 2017+ (Second Generation) IGNIS SUV (17.08-) J20A Cylinder Head Assy OEM 11100-65J00 11100-65G00 – OEM 11100-65J01

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is engineered for Suzuki J20A 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engines used across the Vitara, SX4, Aerio, XL7 and Ignis ranges. It is delivered fully assembled with valves, guides and seats installed and is machined to original equipment dimensions, providing a direct replacement for a cracked, warped or valve-damaged original cylinder head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade material and CNC-machined to hold accurate deck flatness, correct valve seat concentricity and matched combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are fitted and honed for even sealing and balanced compression, while the cam carrier surfaces are finished for correct bearing clearance in the DOHC layout. Intake and exhaust flange faces are machined to original profiles for reliable gasket sealing, and cooling passages follow the factory design for uniform heat distribution.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head suits Suzuki Ignis SUV second generation (August 2017 onwards) and Alto (2004-2009), together with related Suzuki Vitara and XL7 applications powered by the J20A engine. Confirm the engine code and OE reference against the original component before ordering to ensure correct fitment.

Specifications: Engine code J20A; displacement 2.0 litres; inline four-cylinder petrol; standard size; new condition; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; intended for replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 11100-65J01, 11100-65J00, 11100-65G00, 11100-65G01, 11100-65G02 and 11100-65G03. Cross-reference these numbers with the casting identification on the original head to confirm the correct specification.

Applications: Suitable for compact SUVs, light off-road vehicles, small sedans and hatchbacks, covering routine repairs, engine overhauls, rebuilds and fleet maintenance where a durable factory-specification head is needed.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Replacing a failed head with this assembly restores compression, corrects coolant and combustion leakage, and resolves overheating caused by cracking or distortion. Supplying the head complete avoids the lead time and cost of individually reconditioning the original valves, guides and seats.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Installation should be carried out by a qualified technician. Inspect the block deck for flatness and clean all mating surfaces, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts where specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace timing and cooling components as required, verify valve clearances and cam timing, then run the engine to operating temperature and confirm there are no leaks before road testing.
