This complete cylinder head assembly suits the Nissan 2.5L QR25DE 16-valve DOHC petrol engine fitted to the X-Trail T30 (2001–2007) and X-Trail T31 (2007–2013), with additional listed fitment for the Navara D40 2.5L petrol. It is listed against OE number 11040-MA00A / 11041-MA00A, cross-referenced to 11040-8H301 and 11040-8H302, and is a new unit — not a reconditioned or exchange head.

The head is supplied fully assembled with camshafts, valves, valve guides and valve seats already installed. That means the workshop is fitting a ready-to-go head rather than building up a bare casting, which saves labour and parts sourcing. Clean and check the block deck for flatness, follow the manufacturer's torque sequence and angle stages exactly, and investigate the cause of any overheating before refitting.
