This complete 10-piece cylinder head bolt set suits the Nissan QR25DE 2.5L and QR20DE 2.0L petrol engines, including the X-Trail T30 and T31 and the NP300 Navara D40 / D23 petrol. It is listed as a direct replacement for OE 11056-3Z001, 11056-AR002 and 11056-AR000 (cross-reference 81031300) and is supplied as one full engine set.

QR-series head bolts are torque-to-yield (TTY) fasteners. They are designed to stretch when tightened to the specified angle, which means they must never be reused — a new set is required every time the cylinder head is removed. Reusing stretched bolts is a common cause of repeat head gasket failure, so fitting a new set is an essential part of any head job.

Workshops commonly order this set together with a top-end gasket kit when replacing a failed head gasket, refitting a machined head or installing a new cylinder head. Having the bolts on hand before the head comes off avoids delays once the engine is apart, and ensures the clamping load on the new gasket is correct from the first start-up.
