Toyota Corolla 2000–2002 Compact 1.9 D (51KW,69PS) OEM 0200W3 0200CP Complete Cylinder Head for Peugeot Citroen Fiat – OEM 908537

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is manufactured for Peugeot, Citroen and Fiat 1.9-litre diesel engines in the DW8, WJY and WJZ families, a durable indirect-injection unit used in compact hatchbacks, MPVs and light commercial vans. It is supplied fully assembled with valves, guides and seats installed and is machined to original equipment tolerances, providing a reliable replacement for a cracked, warped or valve-damaged original cylinder head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade material and CNC-machined for accurate deck flatness, correct valve seat concentricity and consistent combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are pre-installed and honed for even sealing and balanced compression across all four cylinders, and the pre-chamber and injector seats are precisely machined to maintain correct fuel atomisation. Machined intake and exhaust flanges ensure reliable gasket sealing for the diesel configuration.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head fits Peugeot 206, Peugeot 306, Citroen Xsara, Berlingo and Partner, Scudo, and Fiat and Toyota-derived commercial models using the DW8, WJY or WJZ engine. Always confirm the engine code, casting number and OE reference against the original component before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code DW8, WJY, WJZ; displacement 1.9 litres; inline four-cylinder diesel; output rating approximately 51 kW / 69 PS in factory form; standard size; new condition; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; purpose replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 908537, 0200W3 and 0200CP. Cross-reference these numbers with the casting identification on the original cylinder head to confirm the correct variant.

Applications: Suitable for compact hatchbacks, estate cars, small MPVs and light commercial vans, covering everyday repairs, engine overhauls, rebuilds and fleet maintenance where a factory-specification diesel head is needed.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this assembly restores compression, corrects coolant and combustion gas leakage caused by cracking or distortion, and removes the expense of separately reconditioning the original valves, guides and seats. A complete unit keeps vehicle downtime to a minimum.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Have the work performed by a qualified diesel technician. Inspect the block deck for flatness and clean all mating surfaces, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts as specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace timing belt, tensioners and coolant during the job, verify injector sealing and valve clearances, then run the engine and check for leaks before road testing.
