Toyota Hilux 1989–1997 V Pickup 2.4 EFI 4WD (84KW,114PS) Car Engine Parts 22R 22R-E 22R-TE 11101-35050 11101-35060 Complete Cylinder Head 4Runner PIck-up – OEM 1110135060

Product Overview: The 22R cylinder head offered here is a new, fully assembled casting designed as a straight replacement for the original gasoline (petrol) head in Toyota applications. Valve guides and seats are fitted and honed, combustion chambers are finish-machined and the deck is surface-ground, allowing the unit to be installed directly with the original manifolds, cam cover and fasteners. Quality control covers casting integrity, dimensional accuracy of the machined faces, correct valve seat and guide fit and a pressure test, giving confidence that the head will seal and flow correctly from first start.

Key Features: Machining covers the deck face, valve seats, guides, spring seats and cam carrier surfaces, all held to original-equipment limits. The head is assembled with new guides and valves, checked for seat seal, and pressure tested to confirm there are no casting or core flaws. Cylinder-to-cylinder chamber matching supports even compression, a stable idle and clean combustion.

Vehicle Compatibility: This assembly is confirmed against the following applications: Toyota Hilux V Pickup (1989.01-1997.07) 2.4 EFI 4WD (84KW,114PS). Because manufacturers often revise part numbers within the same model generation, always confirm the engine code and original reference number on the vehicle or the failed component before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code: 22R; configuration: Inline-4 cylinder; fuel type: gasoline (petrol); material: Aluminum Alloy; condition: new; purpose: replacement or repair; supplied as a complete, fully assembled cylinder head; warranty: 12 months.

OEM / Reference Numbers: Interchangeable reference numbers include 1110135060, 1110135080, 910070. Always compare these against the original part number on the vehicle, as supersession chains differ between regions.

Applications: Typical applications include Toyota Hilux / 4Runner / Celica / Pickup using the 22R engine. The assembly suits everyday road use as well as workshop repairs, engine rebuilds, accident damage, fleet maintenance and restoration projects where a reliable replacement for a tired or failed engine is required.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this cylinder head assembly resolves the low compression, heavy oil use, overheating or mechanical noise associated with a worn or damaged engine. It removes the need for specialist machining and balancing, shortens vehicle downtime and gives a predictable, warrantied result.

Installation or Fitment Notes: A competent technician should install the head according to factory service instructions. Confirm deck flatness, use a new gasket and new fasteners, apply the correct tightening sequence, and replace the timing components, seals and coolant at the same time. Verify cam timing and valve clearances, run the engine to operating temperature and re-check for leaks and fault codes.
