Peugeot 206 2000–2009 1.6L Hatchback 1.6 16V (80KW,109PS) N6A/NFU/TU5J4/TU5JP4 Cylinder Heads 0200AZ 9636076010 9611196210 – OEM 9656769580

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is designed for Peugeot and Citroen 1.6-litre 16-valve TU5JP4 (NFU/NFS/NFT) petrol engines, a widely used powerplant in small hatchbacks and MPVs. It is supplied fully assembled with valves, guides and seats fitted and is machined to original equipment tolerances, making it a straightforward replacement for a warped, cracked or valve-damaged original cylinder head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade aluminium alloy and CNC-machined to maintain deck flatness, correct valve seat concentricity and accurate port geometry. Valve guides and seats are pre-installed and honed for even sealing and balanced compression, and combustion chamber volumes are matched cylinder to cylinder. Machined cam carrier surfaces ensure correct bearing clearance, while the machined intake and exhaust flanges provide reliable gasket sealing for the DOHC 16-valve layout.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head fits Peugeot 206 Hatchback (July 2000 to April 2009) and 206 CC (September 2000 to December 2007) with the 1.6 16V 80 kW / 109 PS engine, and related Citroen and Peugeot models using the same TU5JP4 family. Confirm the engine code and OE reference against the original component before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code TU5JP4 (NFU, NFS, NFT); displacement 1.6 litres; four cylinders; DOHC 16-valve; multi-point fuel injection; material aluminium alloy; standard size; new condition; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; purpose replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 9656769580, together with the alternative references 0200AZ, 9636076010 and 9611196210. Match these numbers against the casting marks on the original head to confirm the correct variant.

Applications: Suitable for compact hatchbacks, coupes and small MPVs, covering everyday repairs, engine rebuilds, workshop overhauls and fleet maintenance where a factory-specification 16-valve head is required.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this assembly restores compression, eliminates coolant and combustion gas leakage caused by cracks or distortion, and removes the expense of separately reconditioning valves, guides and seats. The complete assembly reduces vehicle downtime and simplifies the repair process.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Installation should be carried out by a qualified technician. Clean and check the block deck for flatness, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts as specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace the timing belt, tensioners and coolant during the job, set valve clearances if applicable, verify cam timing, then run the engine and check for leaks before road testing.
