Toyota Hiace 2005–2014 1KD 2KD 1KD-FVT 908783 Cylinder Head 11101-30032 Hilux Foruner 3.0TD – OEM 908783

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is engineered for Toyota 1KD-FTV and 2KD-FTV 3.0 and 2.5-litre turbo-diesel engines, widely used in pickups, SUVs and light commercial vehicles. It is supplied as a fully assembled unit with finish-machined camshaft journals, valve seats, guides and combustion chambers, providing a reliable replacement for a cracked, warped or valve-damaged original head.

Key Features: The head is CNC-machined to original equipment tolerances for accurate deck flatness, correct valve seat concentricity and consistent combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are pre-installed and honed for even sealing and balanced compression across all cylinders, while the injector and glow plug bores are precision machined. Reinforced casting around the valve bridge and injector seats improves durability under the high cylinder pressures typical of turbo-diesel operation.

Vehicle Compatibility: This assembly fits Toyota Hilux and Hilux 2WD (2005-2014), Fortuner, Hiace and Hiace SBV (2000-2011), RAV4 (2000-2019 and 2020-2023 variants), 4Runner, Tacoma, Dyna and Land Cruiser applications that use the 1KD/2KD engine family. Verify the engine code and OE casting number before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code 1KD / 2KD; displacement 3.0 L and 2.5 L turbo-diesel; inline four-cylinder; material cast iron or aluminium; standard size; new condition; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; intended for replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 908783, 11101-30050, 11101-30080, 11101-30081, 11101-30030, 11101-30031, 11101-30032, 11101-30051, 11101-0L060, 11101-0L050, 11101-30060, 11101-30071, 11101-30040, 11101-0L051, 11101-30070 and 11101-30041.

Applications: Suitable for pickups, SUVs, vans, minibuses and light trucks in commercial fleets, agricultural and construction support vehicles, plus workshop overhauls and engine rebuilds requiring a durable diesel cylinder head.

Benefits / Replacement Information: This unit restores compression, stops coolant and combustion gas leakage, and resolves overheating caused by head cracking or distortion. Supplying a complete assembly avoids the cost and downtime of individually reconditioning valves, guides and seats.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Installation must be performed by a qualified diesel technician. Confirm block deck flatness, use new head bolts, gaskets and seals, and follow the manufacturer's torque sequence and angular stages. Replace timing and cooling system components as needed, verify valve clearances and injector sealing, then run and re-check for leaks before returning the vehicle to service.
