Toyota RAUM 2000–2011 1.3L 2E 11101-19166 Manufacturer Cylinder Head Starlet – OEM 11101-19155

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is manufactured for Toyota 2E and 2E-E series 1.3-litre petrol engines, a dependable four-cylinder found in compact cars and small MPVs. It arrives fully assembled with valves, guides and seats installed, ready to replace a warped, cracked or valve-damaged original head without the need for further machining.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-quality material and CNC-machined to original equipment dimensions, holding deck flatness, valve seat concentricity and correct combustion chamber volume. Valve guides are fitted and honed, and seats are cut to the correct angles for reliable sealing and even compression. Intake and exhaust flange faces are machined for correct gasket sealing, and internal cooling passages follow the original design to maintain consistent operating temperatures.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head suits Toyota RAUM (2000-2011), Sprinter (2000-2002), Will VI (2000-2001), Corolla (2004-2017), Vios and Yaris (2020 onwards) and Rukus (2010-2015) models equipped with the 2E engine. Always confirm the engine code and OE reference before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code 2E / 2E-E; displacement 1.3 litres; inline four-cylinder petrol; material cast iron or aluminium; standard size; new condition; complete assembly with valves and guides; 12-month warranty; purpose replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 11101-19155, 11101-19156, 11101-19166 and 11101-19165. Match these references against the casting marks on the original component to confirm the correct variant.

Applications: Suitable for compact sedans, hatchbacks, small MPVs and light utility vehicles, covering everyday repairs, engine rebuilds, workshop overhauls and fleet maintenance where a factory-specification head is required.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this assembly restores lost compression, corrects coolant loss and combustion leakage caused by cracking or distortion, and removes the expense of separately reconditioning the original valves, guides and seats. The complete package reduces vehicle downtime and simplifies the repair.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Installation should be carried out by a qualified technician. Clean and inspect the block deck for flatness, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts where required, and torque in the specified sequence. Replace timing belt or chain components and coolant as part of the job, set valve clearances and ignition timing, then run the engine to operating temperature and check for leaks before road testing.
