Toyota Yaris 2021+ 1AZ 2AZ 1AZ-FE 2AZ-FE CROSS/HYBRID New 11101-28020 11101-28021 Cylinder Head Avensis – OEM 11101-28011

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is engineered for Toyota 1AZ-FE and 2AZ-FE 2.0 and 2.4-litre petrol engines, a proven four-cylinder family used in sedans, MPVs and hybrid models. It is supplied fully assembled with valves, guides and seats installed and is machined to original equipment tolerances, making it a direct replacement for a cracked, warped or valve-damaged original cylinder head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade material and CNC-machined for accurate deck flatness, valve seat concentricity and consistent combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are pre-installed and honed for even sealing and balanced compression across all four cylinders. Cam carrier surfaces are finished for correct bearing clearance in the DOHC 16-valve layout, and the intake and exhaust flanges are precision machined for reliable gasket sealing. Cooling passages follow the original design for uniform heat distribution.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head fits Toyota Yaris Cross and Hybrid (2021 onwards), BZ4X (2022 onwards), Nadia (2000-2003), Camry Gracia (2000-2001), Isis (2004-2018) and Alphard Hybrid (2003-2008) models, plus related Camry, Corolla, RAV4, Highlander and Scion applications using the 1AZ or 2AZ engine. Verify the engine code and OE reference before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code 1AZ / 2AZ; displacement 2.0 L and 2.4 L; inline four-cylinder 16-valve petrol; material aluminium alloy; standard size; new condition; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; purpose replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 11101-28011, 11101-28012, 11101-28020 and 11101-28021. Cross-reference these numbers with the casting identification on the original head to confirm the correct variant.

Applications: Suitable for sedans, hatchbacks, MPVs, hybrid passenger cars and small SUVs, covering everyday repairs, engine rebuilds, workshop overhauls and fleet maintenance where a factory-specification head is required.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this assembly restores compression, corrects coolant and combustion leakage caused by cracking or distortion, and eliminates the cost of reconditioning the original valves, guides and seats individually. A complete unit keeps downtime and labour time to a minimum.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Have the head installed by a qualified technician. Clean and verify block deck flatness, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts as specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace timing chain or belt components and coolant during the job, verify valve clearances and cam timing, then run the engine and check for leaks before road testing.
