Opel 2012–2018 Utility RHD (South Africa) Corsa 1.8 Motor Parts Corsa 1.8 Complete Cylinder Head Assembly 94707454 for Chevrolet Spin – OEM 93399244

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is manufactured for Chevrolet and Opel 1.8-litre petrol engines used in the Corsa, Astra, Vectra and Spin families. It is delivered as a fully assembled unit with valves, guides and seats installed and machined to original equipment tolerances, making it a direct replacement for a cracked, warped or valve-damaged original cylinder head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade aluminium alloy and CNC-machined for accurate deck flatness, valve seat concentricity and consistent combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are pre-installed and honed for even sealing and balanced compression across all four cylinders. Cam carrier surfaces are finished for correct bearing clearance in the inline four-cylinder DOHC layout, and the intake and exhaust flanges are precision machined for reliable gasket sealing.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head fits Utility RHD (South Africa, 2012-2018) and Montana Nova (2011-2020) models equipped with the Corsa 1.8 or Opel 1.8 engine, plus related Chevrolet and Opel applications using the same powerplant. Always verify the engine code, casting number and OE reference against the original component before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code Corsa 1.8 / Opel 1.8; configuration inline four-cylinder; material aluminium alloy; standard size; new condition; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; intended for replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 93399244, 93376337 and 94707454. Match these references against the casting marks and part label on the original head to confirm the correct specification.

Applications: Suitable for utility vehicles, pickups, small passenger cars and light commercial derivatives, covering everyday repairs, engine rebuilds, workshop overhauls and fleet maintenance programmes requiring a factory-specification head.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Installing this assembly restores compression, corrects coolant and combustion leakage caused by cracking or distortion, and eliminates the cost of separately reconditioning the original valves, guides and seats. Supplying the complete unit shortens repair time and reduces vehicle downtime.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Have the head fitted by a qualified technician. Inspect the block deck for flatness and clean all mating surfaces, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts where specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace timing belt or chain components and coolant as part of the job, verify valve clearances and cam timing, then run the engine and re-check for leaks before returning the vehicle to service.
