Suzuki Baleno/Escudo/Vitara/X-90 1995–1997 X-90 (EL) 1.6 i 16V (SZ 416) Aluminum Cylinder Head Assembly 11100-57B02 G16A G16B – OEM 11100-57B02

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is engineered for Suzuki G16A and G16B 1.6-litre 16-valve petrol engines, the durable four-cylinder fitted to the X-90, Vitara, Swift, Baleno and Escudo families. It is supplied fully assembled with valves, guides and seats installed and is machined to original equipment tolerances, offering a direct replacement for a warped, cracked or valve-damaged original head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade material and CNC-machined for accurate deck flatness, valve seat concentricity and consistent combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are pre-installed and honed for even sealing and balanced compression across all four cylinders, and the cam carrier surfaces are finished for correct bearing clearance. Intake and exhaust flange faces are precision machined for reliable gasket sealing, and cooling passages follow the original design for uniform temperature distribution.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head fits Suzuki X-90 (1995-1997), Swift II Hatchback (1989-2005), Vitara (1988-1999), SJ 413 (1984-1991) and Baleno (1995-2009) models, plus related Suzuki applications using the G16A or G16B engine. Confirm the engine code and OE reference against the original component before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code G16A / G16B; displacement 1.6 litres; 16-valve inline four-cylinder; material cast iron or aluminium; standard size; new condition; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; reference numbers S805103, BCH036, 36301078 and JAPXX-SZ009S; purpose replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 11100-57B02, 11100-71C01, 11110-57802, 11110-61A00 and 11110-60A00. Match these references against the casting identification on the original head to confirm the correct variant.

Applications: Suitable for compact SUVs, off-road vehicles, hatchbacks and small sedans, covering everyday repairs, engine rebuilds, workshop overhauls and fleet maintenance where a reliable factory-specification head is needed.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this assembly restores compression, corrects coolant and combustion leakage caused by cracking or distortion, and eliminates the cost of separately reconditioning valves, guides and seats. The complete unit reduces downtime and simplifies the repair.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Clean and verify block deck flatness, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts where specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace timing components and coolant during the job, verify valve clearances and cam timing, then run the engine and check for leaks before road testing.
