Chevrolet Aveo Spark 2010–2015 (M300) B12D1 Fast Shipping B12 B12D B12D1 Complete Cylinder Head 24542621 9002810 09048771 Kalos Daewoo Matiz – OEM 25183627

Product Overview: This complete cylinder head assembly is manufactured for Chevrolet, Daewoo and Ravon 1.2-litre B12D and B12D1 petrol engines, the compact four-cylinder used in the Spark, Aveo, Kalos and Matiz families. It is supplied as a fully assembled aluminium unit with valves installed where applicable, machined to original equipment tolerances and pressure tested, making it a practical replacement for a warped, cracked or valve-damaged original head.

Key Features: The casting is produced from high-grade aluminium alloy and CNC-machined for accurate deck flatness, correct valve seat concentricity and consistent combustion chamber volume. Valve guides and seats are installed and honed to deliver even sealing and balanced compression across all cylinders. Machined cam carrier surfaces maintain correct bearing clearance, while intake and exhaust flange faces are finished for reliable gasket sealing. The lightweight aluminium construction also assists heat dissipation in small-displacement engines.

Vehicle Compatibility: This head fits Chevrolet Spark M300 (2010-2015), Spark classic (2016-2020), Spark GMSA (2011-2017) and Spark Europe (2010-2020) models, as well as related Aveo, Kalos and Daewoo Matiz applications using the B12D1 engine. Confirm the engine code, casting number and OE reference before ordering.

Specifications: Engine code B12D1 / B12D; displacement 1.2 litres; inline four-cylinder petrol; material aluminium alloy; standard size; new condition; valves included; complete assembly; 12-month warranty; intended for replacement and repair.

OEM / Reference Numbers: 25183627, 24542621, 9002810, 09048771, 96858203, 96946000, 24543398AA, 24101581 and 24539991. These references cover multiple production revisions of the same basic casting.

Applications: Suitable for small city cars, compact hatchbacks and light urban vehicles, covering daily driver repairs, workshop overhauls, engine rebuilds and fleet maintenance programmes requiring a factory-specification head.

Benefits / Replacement Information: Fitting this assembly restores compression, corrects coolant loss and combustion leakage caused by cracking or distortion, and eliminates the cost of separately reconditioning valves, guides and seats. The complete unit keeps repair time and vehicle downtime to a minimum.

Installation or Fitment Notes: Installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Clean and check the block deck for flatness, fit a new head gasket and new head bolts where specified, and torque in the correct sequence. Replace timing belt or chain components and coolant during the job, adjust valve clearances if applicable, verify cam timing, then run the engine and check for leaks before road testing.
